Vacature Field Service Engineer MCM
Our client, a world leader in serving science, offers customers a complete range of high-end analytical instruments as well as laboratory equipment, software, services, consumables and reagents to enable integrated laboratory workflow solutions. For their Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division our client is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer MCM Benelux.
Functieomschrijving/taken
- Install, maintain and repair instruments both in house as on the field at customers’ site;
- Give user training, product advise and business consultancy;
- Prepare and execute technical training for distributors and customers;
- Make sure that all aspects off the service are executed according to the agreed conditions as stipulated in the service contract;
- Provide technical support (by phone) to external and internal customers.
Profiel kandidaat
- Hands on lab experience with FTIR-UV-RAMAN is a major plus;
- Experience as Service Engineer is an advantage;
- Strong affinity with the laboratory sector;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- Strong communication skills.
